Once in Barcelona, take the A-7 motorway
(towards Girona / Francia). Leave the motorway, when you reach exit 7
(Girona Sur).
By train
There are regular inter-city or long-distance trains arriving at Girona

Ryanair provides
travellers with low cost trips from several Spanish and European airports to Girona
airport.
Once there, you can take a bus or a taxi to the city center.
You could also fly to Barcelona and
take a train to Girona. There are regular trains from Barcelona airport to
Sants railway station, where you will find regular inter-city trains to
