The VII Morphology meeting  will take place at the Faculty of Arts of the University of Girona on May 12th-13th, 2011.

Morphology meetings have been held on six occasions before, gathering expert morphologists so as to generate scientific debate and bring out the results of current research on Morphology, under the auspices of the Red Temática de Morfología.

The Seventh Morphology meeting, organized by the UdG research group Diachronic Linguistics and Comparative Grammar (LIDIAGC), will provide its participants with 10 invited lectures and will focus mainly on the most currently relevant aspects corresponding to theoretical and methodological implements to do research on Word formation from a diachronic standpoint.
